The increase in demand for connectivity while traveling has propelled Avis to introduce travel accessories as an optional extra for the customer to add to their rental agreement. The wide range of travelling accessories cater to the needs of travellers who are engaging with the fast paced traveling environment that requires effortless connectivity to capture moments and conduct business.“We constantly aim to enhance our customers’ travel experience. We believe that by making the travelling accessories available at our counters, which are added to the customers’ rental agreement, we are delivering on this. The accessories that customers can purchase include world travel adaptors suitable for the connection of devices such as laptops and hairdryers, to make hotel stays and extended business engagements more convenient. For longer-lasting battery power, customers can also buy power-banks for devices such as smartphones, tablets and other USB-powered devices.
Avis customers can buy a 3-in-1 charging cable or a Tri-Link connector to ensure their devices are charged at all times as well as a Dual USB Car Charger which creates stress-free travelling ensuring all passengers have an opportunity to charge and make use of their devices.
The accessories are available to Avis’ South Africa and international leisure customers.
