Once you arrive at Zürich Kloten International Airport, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to our car hire location.
We are located in the car hire centre, located in the Airport Centre on level 1.

Car hire services and optional extras
Avis Preferred: We offer free membership to our customer loyalty programme. Exclusive benefits include free additional driver, highest waiting list priority, car rental vouchers and guaranteed vehicle availability.Out-of-hours return: No matter what time you’re flying, we’ll make it easy for you to pick up and drop off your car. Outside of our normal opening hours, just leave your key in the drop boxes provided.
Breakdown assistance: All of our cars are maintained to the highest standards and serviced before each use. We also provide a toll-free number that you can call 24/7 in the event of an emergency.
Optional extras
Child seats: Under Swiss law, children under the age of 12 below the height of 150 cm must be restrained in appropriate safety seats. If you are travelling with babies or young children, don’t forget to reserve your safety seat.
Satellite navigation: Driving in Switzerland is much like any other European country. But to make your journey as efficient as possible, our cars come with optional in-car GPS navigation (English directions).
Seasonal equipment: During winter months cars can be equipped with winter tyres, snow chains, ice scrapers and ski racks.
Prestige cars: We also offer an exciting range of Prestige cars. Now’s your chance to test drive top-end cars from the likes of Mercedes-Benz and Porsche.
