Inner-city Transfers operate from three International Airports, namely:

• Cape Town International Airport
• Durban, King Shaka International Airport
• Johannesburg, O.R Tambo International Airport
   

Please note that Inner-city transfers require both the collection and the destination Points to be within 80 kilometers of driving distance from the specified airports.

Our fleet consists of:

• Economy Sedan, Volkswagen Polo Sedan, or similar
• MPV, Volkswagen Kombi or similar

Transfers required in other vehicle types will be accommodated by Avis Chauffeur Drive.

• Operating hours: 05h00 to 21h00
• Both collection and destination points must be within 80 kilometers driving distance from the Airport.

Kindly note that services required outside of these times will be accommodated by Avis Chauffeur Drive.

• For locations within a 25-kilometer driving distance of the specified airport, where either the collection or destination point is the specified airport, a 4-hour notice is required.
• For other locations within an 80-kilometer driving distance from our airport locations (see Service Locations), a 12-hour notice is required.
• For group bookings (10 or more services on the same day), a 48-hour notice is required.

• 100% of the confirmed booking amount is applied when a booking is cancelled or amended less than 1 hour before the commencement of the service.
• 50% of the confirmed booking amount is applied when a booking is cancelled or amended between 1 to 2 hours before the commencement of the service.
• 100% for No Shows
• Group Bookings require 50% off if cancelled less than 96 hours (10 or more services on the same day)

Our Professional Chauffeurs meet customers nationwide with a dedicated vehicle.

• Transfer services are not limited by mileage.
• The chauffeur and vehicle are at your disposal for the entire duration of your required time period.

Our fleet consists of:

• Economy vehicles
• Luxury Sedans
• Luxury SUV's
• Multiple passenger vehicles including luxury options.

We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

• For locations within a 25-kilometer driving distance of the specified airport where the collection or destination point is a major airport a 4-hour notification is required.
• For other locations where no overnight stay is required, a 12-hour notice is needed.
• Otherwise, 24 hours’ notice is required for all other circumstances.

• 50% of the confirmed booking amount is applied when a booking is cancelled or amended less than 24 hours before the commencement of the service.

• 100% for No Shows

• Group Bookings require 50% off if cancelled in less than 96 hours.

• (Group Bookings = 5 or more services on the same day)
