Warmer rides. Better journeys. This winter, we’ve got you covered. Rent a Group A vehicle and you’ll receive a complimentary upgrade to a Group B vehicle. And if you book a Group D vehicle, we’ll automatically upgrade you to a Group M vehicle at no extra cost.

The Winter Love Upgrade promotion is offered by Avis Southern Africa and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Customers who book a Group A vehicle will receive a complimentary upgrade to a Group B vehicle.
- Customers who book a Group D vehicle will receive a complimentary upgrade to a Group M vehicle.
- Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability.
- When a particular brand of vehicle is featured in any marketing material, please note that customers are not guaranteed that vehicle upgrade. The upgrade will be the vehicle mentioned or similar. For example, a Group B vehicle upgrade will be a Volkswagen Polo Vivo or similar, and a Group M vehicle will be a Volkswagen T-Cross or similar.
- This promotion is only valid for rentals in South Africa.
- To qualify for the promotion, customers must use the discount code M620901 at the time of booking.
- This offer is valid until 31 August 2026.
- Exclusions apply:
- Van rentals, Luxury Cars, and Safari vehicles are excluded from this promotion.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
