The Avis 4-For-3 Summer Campaign is offered by Avis Southern Africa and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The offer is available in the following markets:

• South Africa: Valid on eligible standard car and van rentals across all applicable car groups.
• Namibia: Valid on eligible standard car rentals across all applicable car groups.
• Botswana: Valid on eligible standard car rentals across all applicable car groups.
• eSwatini: Valid on eligible standard car rentals across all applicable car groups.

Van rentals are available under this promotion in South Africa only.

2. 4-For-3 Offer

• Book an eligible vehicle for 4 consecutive rental days and pay for only 3 days.
• Customers booking for more than 4 consecutive days will still receive a maximum of 1 complimentary rental day per qualifying rental, provided the minimum 4-day rental requirement is met.
• The offer applies to eligible standard car rentals in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and eSwatini, and eligible van rentals in South Africa only.
• The complimentary day applies to the qualifying rental charge only and remains subject to the standard Avis Southern Africa rental terms and conditions.

3. City Lodge Hotels Partnership Offer

Make your summer road trip even more rewarding with Avis and City Lodge Hotels.

• Customers of City Lodge Hotel, Courtyard Hotel and Town Lodge can enjoy the Avis 4-For-3 offer when booking an eligible standard car rental in accordance with the campaign terms and conditions.
• Avis customers can also book accommodation at participating City Lodge Hotel, Courtyard Hotel and Town Lodge properties via the designated booking link and receive up to 30% off accommodation.
• The City Lodge Hotels accommodation offer is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027.
• The Avis 4-For-3 offer linked to the City Lodge Hotels partnership applies to standard car rentals only. Van rentals are excluded.
• The accommodation discount is subject to the applicable City Lodge Hotels booking terms, conditions and availability.

5. Campaign Validity Period

The Avis 4-For-3 Summer Campaign is valid during the following periods:

• Car Rental: 14 September 2026 – 28 February 2027
• Van Rental: 1 December 2026 – 31 January 2027

Bookings and rentals must fall within the applicable promotional period to qualify for the offer.

6. Booking Channels

The promotion is available for qualifying bookings made online or directly at an Avis branch, including walk-in bookings, subject to vehicle availability and the applicable campaign terms and conditions.

7. General Conditions

• This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless otherwise expressly stated.
• All bookings and rentals are subject to vehicle availability at the selected rental location.
• Avis reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
